House Manager/Nanny/PA wanted in Battersea, London, Ref: AR/DC-935-South West London

A devoted father, who is sadly divorced with 50% custody of his three children (aged 13, 8 and 7), is seeking a fun, joyful yet highly organised House Manager / PA / EA to join his household anytime before April. A cleaner is already in place.
This is a varied and exciting role encompassing three key areas: household management; childcare/nursery duties (including clothes, school coordination, clubs, meals and general support); and personal and business PA/EA responsibilities.
Childcare duties will mostly be limited to fewer than 16 hours per week (longer in the holidays), with the remaining time split between household management and PA/EA work. There are excellent long-term opportunities within the father’s business once the childcare and household elements are running smoothly,

The hours will tend to range between 35 and 50 per week with flexibility being key to this role.This role would suit someone comfortable with a less rigid, non-formulaic schedule. Hours will tend to be fewer during term time, with busier “surge” weeks when the children are with their father full time during school holidays.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing two households, caring for the children and all related tasks and comfortably taking on both PA and business EA responsibilities.This is not your average nanny role as the scope and opportunities will be wide-ranging!

A driver, strong cooking skills and proven PA experience are essential.
